The Buddha is the Blessed One, the all enlightened One, The Holy One, I pay homage to that Buddha.

Well-preached the teaching of the Buddha, I pay homage to that Dhamma.
Supatipanno bhagavato savakasangho, Sangham namami.
Well behaved the Noble Disciples of the Buddha, I pay homage to that Sangha.
Aim: To share Buddhist experiences
This site began with an intent to share our experiences visiting Buddhist sites and artefacts with friends who are curious, especially about the four sacred sites we visited in December 2017 and 2019. It seems all the more relevant to share our findings now, with traveling affected by Covid-19 since 2020.
We intend to share these and other useful materials we have come across on our spiritual journeys, in case they are useful for you as well.

Just so you know our inclinations.
We are lay people, who consider ourselves Buddhists. We mainly refer to Theravada teachings, although we are respectful and curious about other Buddhist traditions as well.
While we visit temples occasionally, this site is not affiliated with any formal organisations or institutions, and is a voluntary, free, unpaid initiative. We believe that spiritual journeys and growth are personal and take the form of personal endeavours, in terms of participation and contemplation.
We thank our teachers for their guidance and all contributors for their photos and writings as well. We share any arising merits with all beings. Any fault remain our own, and we ask for your forgiveness. This website is a work in progress, as are our practices.
